About The Position

We’re looking for a new Director of National Accounts to focus on managing, retaining, and growing high-value corporate and group accounts to maximize revenue by leading sales strategies, managing relationship portfolios, and communicating specifications to the hotel operational team to ensure incredible guest experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales/account management within luxury hospitality or related fields
  • Experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder account relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies for multi-year revenue growth
  • Strong financial acumen in managing large pipelines and revenue forecasting
  • Advanced negotiation skills for complex service agreements
  • Executive presence to engage senior-level stakeholders effectively
  • Candidate must have proficiency in English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well with others
