The Director, Membership Operations is responsible for leading the operational execution of the national Foundation Room membership program. This role serves as the operational leader for membership operations, ensuring consistent processes, scalable systems, and exceptional support across all Foundation Room markets. Working closely with Membership Directors, Membership Concierges, and Membership Coordinators, this position develops and implements operational standards, supports business systems, leads process improvements, and enables the membership sales organization through training, reporting, operational support, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners closely with the Director, Business Development & Strategy to operationalize strategic initiatives, support the membership sales organization, and ensure consistent execution across all Foundation Room markets. Together, these roles provide complementary leadership by pairing strategic growth initiatives with operational excellence and scalable execution. Success in this role requires strong operational leadership, systems expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence teams across multiple markets while continuously improving the member and seller experience.
