About The Position

The Director, Membership Operations is responsible for leading the operational execution of the national Foundation Room membership program. This role serves as the operational leader for membership operations, ensuring consistent processes, scalable systems, and exceptional support across all Foundation Room markets. Working closely with Membership Directors, Membership Concierges, and Membership Coordinators, this position develops and implements operational standards, supports business systems, leads process improvements, and enables the membership sales organization through training, reporting, operational support, and cross-functional collaboration. This role partners closely with the Director, Business Development & Strategy to operationalize strategic initiatives, support the membership sales organization, and ensure consistent execution across all Foundation Room markets. Together, these roles provide complementary leadership by pairing strategic growth initiatives with operational excellence and scalable execution. Success in this role requires strong operational leadership, systems expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence teams across multiple markets while continuously improving the member and seller experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in membership operations, sales operations, hospitality, CRM administration, or business operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and related business systems preferred.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and process improvements.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence across multiple departments and markets.
  • Passion for operational excellence and member experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational execution across all Foundation Room markets.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs.
  • Standardize processes and improve operational execution.
  • Oversee onboarding, lifecycle management, communications, and compliance.
  • Partner with Membership Directors to enhance the member experience.
  • Serve as the primary operational resource for Membership Concierges and Membership Coordinators.
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support onboarding and training.
  • Assist with operational escalations.
  • Drive collaboration across Sales, Membership Services, Marketing, and Venue Operations.
  • Own the business relationship for Salesforce, ClubCorp, Citrix, Marketing Cloud, and membership technologies.
  • Lead business requirements, UAT, process improvements, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Partner with CRM, IT, and system administrators.
  • Optimize sales processes and workflows.
  • Support CRM, reporting, dashboards, and pipeline management.
  • Maintain data integrity.
  • Support commission administration and sales enablement.
  • Partner with Business Development & Strategy, CRM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Premium Operations, Food & Beverage, Venue Leadership, and Technology.
  • Ensure successful execution of national initiatives.
  • Develop operational documentation.
  • Lead onboarding and systems training.
  • Identify best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support renewal strategy and recurring revenue initiatives.
  • Maintain key member relationships as assigned.
  • Protect recurring membership revenue through operational excellence.
