Responsible for the organization-wide marketing structure and is accountable for enterprise marketing strategy, execution, and results across all properties. Directs and integrates all Marketing functions to drive revenue growth, market share, brand performance, and profitability, while providing leadership to assigned staff and ensuring effective internal and external communications. Exercises sound judgment and decision-making, ensure departmental operations are managed efficiently and effectively, and is responsible for tactical and strategic budget development and implementation. Interfaces with departmental and operations leadership to align enterprise marketing priorities with business objectives and enhance overall Company profits.
