About The Position

The Director of Marketing will develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy to drive patient acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across all supported practices. This role aligns marketing initiatives with organizational growth goals, including de novos, acquisitions, and expansion into new markets. The Director will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and brand alignment, while leading and supporting a team of Regional Marketing Managers responsible for local market execution across multiple states. Defining KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure success across all marketing initiatives is also a key responsibility, as is ensuring consistent brand positioning and messaging across all markets and touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
  • 8-12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 in a leadership role.
  • Experience overseeing marketing for a multi-unit entity and leading a multi-specialty team.
  • Google Suite
  • Any offer of employment is contingent upon the Company’s determination that the candidate has successfully passed a background check, including a drug screen.
