About The Position

Ceresti Health is a digital health company focused on improving dementia management by activating family caregivers. They are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts during a period of hypergrowth. This role involves building the brand, demand generation, and content infrastructure for both B2B and emerging direct-to-consumer channels. The Director will partner with executive leadership and manage a small team and agency resources, acting as a liaison between strategy, sales, clinical, and product teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience
  • At least 3 years in a senior leadership or director-level role
  • Healthcare experience required, ideally in Medicare, value-based care, payer-facing B2B, or digital health
  • Understanding of Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, HIPAA, and marketing in regulated, evidence-driven environments
  • Demonstrated digital marketing fluency: marketing automation (HubSpot expertise non-negotiable), SEO/AEO, paid media, attribution, lifecycle marketing, web analytics
  • Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and revenue impact in a B2B environment
  • Startup operating experience: building playbooks, creating systems where none existed, operating without extensive specialist support
  • Genuine creative range: ability to write headlines, sketch campaign concepts, and direct designers
  • Strong taste and ability to defend it
  • Strategic depth and tactical rigor: ability to build annual plans and ship immediate tasks
  • Executive presence and clear, persuasive writing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience marketing into Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, or Medicare Supplement carriers
  • Familiarity with the CMS GUIDE Model, value-based care economics, or chronic care management
  • Experience launching or scaling a DTC healthcare offering
  • Personal connection to dementia, caregiving, or aging
  • A point of view on how marketing should support a clinical operating company, not just a tech company

Responsibilities

  • Champion Ceresti's brand voice, visual identity, and category-defining position.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all external touchpoints, including sales decks, LinkedIn, website, and conference presence.
  • Build and manage the B2B demand engine targeting Medicare Advantage plans, ACOs, and Medicare Supplement carriers.
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets, aligning with sales priorities.
  • Augment the digital footprint, marketing automation, attribution, and analytics stack.
  • Own marketing data to understand performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive the editorial calendar for content, including LinkedIn, executive thought leadership, white papers, webinars, and earned media.
  • Translate clinical and economic complexity into engaging content for payors and providers.
  • Evolve sales enablement collateral, talk tracks, case studies, and competitive intelligence.
  • Support the marketing strategy for direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels, including caregiver acquisition and family-facing brand.
  • Oversee the digital marketing specialist executing DTC marketing efforts.
  • Own the company's presence at key conferences and lead co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
  • Hire, develop, and lead the marketing team as the company scales.
  • Set high standards for marketing craft, velocity, and accountability.
  • Incorporate agentic AI into future go-to-market needs.
