This position leads the marketing function through four direct reports—an Operations Manager, Content Marketing Manager, Events Manager, and Demand Generation Manager—each of whom executes with their respective teams. The Director of Marketing provides strategic leadership, fosters a high-performing culture, and holds managers accountable for results within their functional areas. Key responsibilities include setting the marketing strategy and departmental KPIs, directing ecommerce and digital advertising strategy, providing strategic direction for content and events, managing the overall marketing budget, and driving cross-departmental collaboration.
