Johnson & Johnson is searching for a Director of Marketing, Oncology-Bladder to be located in Horsham, PA. The Director of Marketing- Bladder will lead the overall brand strategy and launch execution for INLEXZO – ensuring data driven investment decisions, cross functional alignment on field execution and leading omnichannel deployment. This individual will lead and develop a team of marketing professionals (including staff that has their own direct reports) across Professional Promotion (HCP & APP), Patient Promotion, and Customer Experience in addition to contractual relationships with outside agencies and vendors in order to effectively develop and execute key commercial activities and meet sales revenue targets to drive the performance of INLEXZO. This role has P&L responsibility with accountability to inform the long-range forecast, ensure long-term GTN preservation, set the contracting strategy for the brand, work closely with access teams and global commercial colleagues. In addition, this role is accountable for Market Development and maximizing the opportunity of future INLEXZO indication (Sunrise-3 and Sunrise-5 study populations) including promotional strategies and resources following regulatory approval.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.
  • Biology/Scientific background is preferred.
  • Strong Sales Leadership and Marketing experience including, a minimum of 10 years business experience (Sales, Marketing, Key Account Management) of which at least 5+ years of demonstrated marketing experience is required.
  • US in-line experience on multiple brands, at various stages, in the product lifecycle, including product launch experience is required.
  • Demonstrated financial and business acumen required.
  • Proven experience working with Marketing agencies, Key Opinion Leaders, KOLs, GPOs/contract functions is required.
  • Oncology experience is required.
  • Travel up to 25% (anticipate it's mostly domestic, though can be international as well).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting the strategic vision and ensuring INLEXZO marketing campaigns, tactics & operations, integrated evidence generation plans, KOL engagement and peer to peer education, congress strategy, and external communications support overall financial and strategic goals of the brand.
  • Oversee the development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy and messaging, to achieve INLEXZO business goals.
  • Coordinating and providing input to critical processes related to investor relations updates, business planning, marketing plans, market research, business performance tracking and reporting.
  • Leading, coaching, inspiring, developing and retaining direct and indirect team members across the INLEXZO marketing team and extended cross-functional team.
