California State University, Fullerton’s College of the Arts within the Division of Academic Affairs is seeking an exceptional individual to join its Arts Marketing and Patron Services department as the Director of Marketing and Patron Services (Administrator II). The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, an active, energetic mind, and a leadership style characterized by highly ethical practices and a commitment to inclusivity, openness, flexibility, integrity, and kindness. This role provides comprehensive marketing and administrative leadership for the College of the Arts (COTA), including the Dean's Office, Development, the Department of Art, the Department of Theatre and Dance, the School of Music, and the Marketing and Patron Services offices. The position is responsible for overseeing personnel and managing operations within the Marketing and Patron Services Office and Box Office, ensuring productivity and efficiency across the units. The Director is dedicated to planning and managing strategic marketing campaigns for the College of the Arts, including overseeing marketing operations, advising on image and brand identity for the Performing Arts Center and COTA Galleries, promoting collaboration between departments and schools, and overseeing the creation of student recruitment promotional materials for the College. The Director plays a critical role in ensuring cohesive communication strategies, effective audience engagement, and the successful promotion of the College's highly visible performing and visual arts programs.
