Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this position involves translating organizational priorities into actionable strategies, plans, budgets, systems, and campaigns. The Director will oversee the daily operations of the Marketing Department, manage staff, develop solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of marketing, communications, public relations, audience development, and revenue-generating initiatives. Success hinges on initiative, ownership, collaboration, and the ability to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and lead execution in line with organizational goals.
