The Director, Marketing & Communications, will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of the marketing, branding, and communications initiatives for Miller Waste Systems. This role is responsible for conducting ongoing analysis, quality assurance, and training to ensure alignment with MWS brand standards and overall strategic objectives. Working collaboratively with the Marketing/Communications team, the Director will assist in the creation and drive the successful achievement of these KPIs and organizational goals. The Director will oversee the development and execution of all marketing programs including development of a fully integrated e-commerce platform and data-driven pipeline marketing program. This role will also be responsible for our social media platform management and brand awareness, along with drafting and approving all internal and external communications. In addition, the role will provide strategic public relations expertise for external initiatives and serve as a senior advisor to leadership on communication strategies, events, stakeholder engagement, and community outreach activities.
