About The Position

Ignite Medical Resort Building Huntersville is hiring a Maintenance Director/ Director of Environmental Services with SNF Regulatory experience. We are a state-of-the-art rehabilitation resort that combines uncompromising luxury, never-before-seen amenities, and the highest quality care to provide a superior, rapid rehabilitation experience. The Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services plays a vital role in our resident and guest outcomes and overall experience. We are looking for a skilled Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services to become a part of our facility's compassionate and hospitable care-giving team.

Requirements

• Experience in a job related field
• Manager experience minimum 1 year
• Clean background check and clean drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States of America
• SNF Regulatory experience required

Responsibilities

• Administers and directs environmental services program to maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Procures or generates all utilities and their distribution systems.
• Coordinates these activities with the other departments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Attends staff meetings to ascertain facility policies, assists in their development, and interprets these policies to environmental staff members.
• May direct safety, fire control, security and civil-defense programs.
• Participates in facility infection control programs.
