The Director of Environmental Services will be responsible for managing and supervising housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff at the center. This role involves providing leadership and support to ensure quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met. The position also requires maintaining records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment, as well as conducting staff training, quality control, and in-servicing. Assessing work quality using QCIs for documentation purposes is also a key responsibility.
