About The Position

The Director of Environmental Services will be responsible for managing and supervising the housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff at the center, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements. This role involves providing leadership, support, and coordination to meet quality standards, maintain inventory levels, uphold safety guidelines, and achieve customer service expectations. The Director will also be responsible for maintaining records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment, as well as for staff training, quality control, and in-servicing, including assessing work quality using QCIs for documentation purposes. This position is for CareOne at Wayne in Wayne, NJ.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years of related experience in Environmental Services

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, support and coordination to ensure the quality standards, inventory levels, safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
