The Director of Legal Administration provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the Office of the General Counsel (OGC). This role supports the Senior Vice President & General Counsel (SVP & GC) and manages the administrative, budgetary, personnel, and operational functions of the office. The Director ensures efficient, compliant, and effective legal operations and serves as a key liaison to Budget, Human Resources, Facilities, and other administrative partners. The role involves executive support to the SVP & GC, including managing complex calendars, scheduling, meeting logistics, preparing briefing materials, coordinating travel, and assisting with special initiatives and time-sensitive matters. It also encompasses budget and financial management for the OGC, acting as a primary liaison to the Budget Office, overseeing all aspects of OGC finances, managing vendor and outside counsel engagements, and processing various payments and reimbursements. Personnel and Human Resources administration responsibilities include managing employment actions, serving as an HR liaison, supervising the Legal Assistant, and supporting staff planning. Additionally, the Director is responsible for day-to-day office management and operations, such as overseeing office supplies and equipment, maintaining professional memberships, liaising with Facilities, managing the office website, and establishing administrative procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
