About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Sales Administration to lead and optimize the operational backbone of our sales organization. This role plays a critical part in enabling sales effectiveness by overseeing sales operations, processes, systems, reporting, and administrative functions that support revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, a deep understanding of sales operations, and a passion for improving efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or revenue operations
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Strong expertise with CRM platforms, sales analytics, and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated experience with sales compensation and incentive plan administration
  • Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights and recommendations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong change management and process improvement mindset
  • Available to travel between Resorts and the Corporate Office in NC
  • Able to work on Weekends when needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting multi-channel or enterprise sales organizations
  • Background in high-growth, complex, or matrixed environments
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools, forecasting platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all sales administration and sales operations functions, including forecasting, reporting, compensation administration, and POS governance
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and workflows
  • Oversee sales performance metrics, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights to executives and sales leaders
  • Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and quota administration
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data within POS and related systems
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting, commission plans, and incentive compensation administration
  • Support sales planning initiatives, including annual operating plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales administration team
  • Drive process automation and system enhancements to improve productivity and scalability
  • Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and IT teams
