The Director of Leadership Talent Acquisition will own the full lifecycle recruitment strategy and execution for all leadership, executive, and key salaried roles across the organization. This role is a critical partner to the business—working hand-in-hand with hiring leaders to identify, attract, and win top talent that fits both the role and the culture. This leader will also play a key role in developing our Talent Acquisition team—coaching and elevating Talent Acquisition Specialists while acting as a strategic bridge between the recruiting team and senior leadership.
