The Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading BELAY’s centralized marketing functions, ensuring the company’s brand, content, digital experience, marketing operations, and execution systems work together to drive scalable growth. This role serves as a strategic leader in modernizing BELAY’s marketing ecosystem through innovative, technology-forward solutions, scalable operational infrastructure, and AI-enabled marketing capabilities that enhance execution, efficiency, and business performance. Serving as a key connector across the marketing organization, this leader will balance brand stewardship, operational excellence, content strategy, marketing technology, and executional rigor within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Reporting to the CMO, the Director will oversee content marketing, creative services, communications, web and SEO strategy, marketing operations, automation, and marketing project management while partnering closely with revenue marketing leaders across business lines. The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly operational, with the ability to build scalable systems, lead cross-functional teams, improve execution velocity, elevate brand quality, and ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business impact.
