Requirements

• 7+ years of progressively responsible IT experience including leadership or management role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise networks, cybersecurity programs, telecommunications, and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously and a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, server administration, and cloud services as well as experience with technology budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, mobile device management platforms, and cloud technologies required.
• Valid Driver's License, insurance and a personal vehicle are a must.

Nice To Haves

• Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize existing technology systems, infrastructure, and business applications as well as forecast future technology needs and develop recommendations for capital and operating budgets.
• Oversee administration and maintenance of network infrastructure, servers, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
• Monitor security threats, vulnerabilities, and incident response activities.
• Manage hardware lifecycle planning, replacement schedules, and technology refresh programs.
• Oversee printer/copier contracts, telecommunications agreements, software licensing, and support contracts.
• Develop IT policies and procedures, manage IT budgets and supervise IT staff.
