We’re looking for a Director of Human Resources who shares our commitment to service excellence and community care, and who will help us continue to attract, develop, and retain the skilled professionals who make the Keymont difference possible. The Director of Human Resources is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the HR function at Keymont Community Management. This individual will develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives, ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and foster a high-performance, people-first culture. The Director serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all matters related to talent, organizational development, and employee experience.
