About The Position

The Director of Housekeeping will lead the Housekeeping team. This role requires a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamline a bumpy process to stock a supply cart. The Director of Housekeeping is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service. Leading by example may lead you to incredible growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years luxury hotel experience.
  • Expert in housekeeping operations.
  • Strong leader.
  • Proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Nice To Haves

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
