Requirements
- Experience as Housekeeping Leader in a full-service, luxury hotel or high-volume fine dining establishment.
- Personal pride in the appearance of the hotel.
- Proven leadership experience, having led other housekeeping departments to prosperity and growth.
- Passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to interact with guests and share the story behind culinary adventures.
- Hospitality education and/or appropriate level of on-the-job training and hotel housekeeping experience.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager.
- In-depth skills and knowledge of all aspects of Housekeeping.
