About The Position

Iowa Home Care is excited to help recruit the next Director of our sister company, Angels in the Home, a private home care company serving individuals and families in Iowa. This role is ideal for a social worker, human-services professional, healthcare leader, or community-minded professional who is passionate about helping people remain safe, independent, and connected in their own homes. The Director will focus on building relationships, solving problems, connecting families with resources, and growing the private home care business. The position involves meeting with prospective clients, developing services, building referral relationships, recruiting and leading a caregiving team, overseeing the client experience, identifying new service opportunities, and taking ownership of the company's success and growth. The role emphasizes listening to clients and families, understanding their needs, navigating challenging situations, connecting them with resources, and finding creative solutions for in-home care. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, compassionate, a strong communicator and problem-solver, organized, resourceful, hands-on, excited about team development, creative in service development, accountable for results, and passionate about providing an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities

• Help individuals and families find solutions that allow them to remain safely and independently at home
• Build meaningful relationships with clients, families, caregivers, social workers, healthcare professionals, senior-living communities, and other community partners
• Grow private-pay home care and concierge services throughout Iowa
• Meet with prospective clients and families and help develop services around their individual needs and goals
• Build referral relationships and community partnerships
• Recruit, develop, and lead an exceptional caregiving team
• Oversee the client experience from the first phone call through ongoing service and care coordination
• Identify new services and opportunities that meet the changing needs of older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their families
• Take ownership of the day-to-day success and long-term growth of Angels in the Home
