About The Position

7Brew Coffee is seeking a Director of Hiring and Training based in West Texas or Oklahoma City. The role is responsible for selecting new team members, hiring and training 55–70 brewistas for each new stand opening, and supporting staffing needs at existing stands. The Director works with HR on onboarding and partners with the Baller Manager to maintain consistent, accurate training during openings. The role also develops training-team processes and creates a welcoming environment where new team members can learn and flourish.

Responsibilities

• Select candidates who join the 7Crew family.
• Hire 55–70 new brewistas for each new stand opening.
• Work with HR to onboard new hires.
• Assist with backfilling existing stands within the region.
• Train 55–70 new brewistas for the New Stand Development Team.
• Work with the Baller Manager to ensure training during openings is consistent and correct.
• Build processes within the training team to ensure quality and consistency.
• Build a welcoming environment for new team members to learn and flourish.
