About The Position

We are building AI-powered software, agents, and workflows to transform the life insurance industry, making it faster, smarter, and easier for advisors and their clients. As a high-growth Series A company with significant funding, we are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead demand generation, performance marketing, product marketing, and the overall marketing engine for advisor acquisition. This senior, hands-on role is for an AI-native performance marketer experienced in scaling growth functions within B2B SaaS or fintech, leveraging AI as a force multiplier across the entire funnel. You will be responsible for acquiring advisors at scale through paid acquisition strategy, lifecycle marketing, growth experimentation, and attribution. Reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with the Brokerage team, you will translate marketing spend into pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance marketing or growth marketing at B2B SaaS, fintech, or vertical SaaS companies.
  • At least 3+ years owning paid acquisition and growth strategy.
  • Proven experience scaling a growth function, ideally taking a B2B company from early-stage experiments to a repeatable acquisition engine.
  • Active use of AI in marketing workflows, with the ability to discuss specific tools, prompts, and pipelines.
  • Product marketing skills, including positioning products, leading launches, and translating technical/AI capabilities into customer value.
  • Proficiency across multiple performance marketing channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, SEO, lifecycle/email).
  • Comfort with attribution, cohort analysis, and measuring marketing effectiveness.
  • Experience in environments with longer sales cycles and complex buyers.
  • Strong writing skills to communicate complex information clearly and compellingly.
  • SQL skills are a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to financial advisors, insurance professionals, or other high-trust, regulated B2B audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance marketing engine end-to-end, including strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, creative direction, and execution across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, programmatic, and emerging channels.
  • Build the growth experimentation function by running rigorous, hypothesis-driven tests across paid and organic channels, and quickly discontinuing ineffective strategies.
  • Drive advisor acquisition and activation by focusing on key metrics such as CAC, LTV/CAC, MQL-to-SQL conversion, advisor activation rate, and payback period.
  • Own product marketing and positioning, articulating the platform's story and AI capabilities, managing new product launches, refining messaging, and equipping sales and prospects with compelling materials.
  • Establish an AI-native growth stack, including agentic workflows, content pipelines, attribution models, and reporting to enable efficient operation.
  • Manage lifecycle and email marketing, designing and executing nurture, activation, and re-engagement programs to convert advisor interest into placed cases.
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), messaging, and conversion strategies.
  • Measure performance through LTV/CAC, attribution, and funnel reporting, presenting insights to leadership and the board.
  • Lay the foundation for the marketing team's future growth by setting strategy, proving the model, and shaping scaling plans, including future hires.

Benefits

  • Base salary: $200,000 – $240,000
  • Meaningful equity in a Series A company
  • Full medical, dental, and vision (100% employer-paid for the individual)
  • 401(k)
