JBS Dev is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to build and scale our inbound marketing engine from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has successfully created predictable inbound pipeline – not inherited one. You'll own our demand generation strategy, paid acquisition programs, marketing funnel, and inbound lead generation efforts with a singular focus: generating qualified opportunities that drive revenue growth. You'll have the autonomy to recommend the right channels, partners, and investments while building a scalable marketing function that delivers measurable business results. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, optimizing, and scaling rather than maintaining an existing marketing organization.
