About The Position

Rite of Passage is hiring a Director of Group Living at Joann Bridges Academy in Greenville, Florida. The role provides safety and around-the-clock supervision for youth in the program and fosters an atmosphere supportive of students’ needs. The Director monitors and documents student behaviors and activities, participates in and assists with educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities, and collaborates with professional staff to establish and meet each student’s treatment-plan goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and three years of experience in a training or compliance role, or a bachelor’s degree and one year of experience in a training or compliance role.

Responsibilities
