About The Position

Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a driven, relationship-focused, and results-oriented Director of Senior Living Sales to join the leadership team at Hillcrest Grand Lodge. This is more than a traditional sales role. You will often be one of the first people a prospective resident or family meets as they begin exploring senior living options, and that first conversation matters. We are looking for someone who knows how to connect first and sell second—someone who can build trust, understand what families are really looking for, and guide them confidently from the first inquiry through move-in. At Hillcrest, our mission is simple: Inspiring people to live their best lives. As the Director of Senior Living Sales, you will help bring that mission to life by creating meaningful connections, growing occupancy, and helping prospective residents find a community where they can truly feel at home.

  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales metrics.
  • Ability to balance relationship-building with occupancy and sales goals.
  • Strong follow-through and personal accountability.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with community and operational leadership.
  • A genuine interest in working with aging adults and their families.
  • Creativity and willingness to think outside the box when generating leads and building referral relationships.
  • At least three years of senior living sales, admissions, or related experience required.
  • At least two years of experience leading sales efforts or a sales team required.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must be comfortable meeting with prospective residents, families, and referral partners in a variety of settings.
  • Must be able to conduct community tours and participate in networking and outreach activities.
  • Must be organized and able to manage multiple prospects, priorities, and follow-up activities at the same time.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to utilize CRM systems, technology, and available resources efficiently and effectively.
