Senior Living Sales Director – Hillcrest Country Estates Cottages Location: Papillion, NE Service Line: Hillcrest Country Estates Cottages Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a driven, relationship-focused, and results-oriented Senior Living Sales Director to join our team at Hillcrest Country Estates Cottages in Papillion, NE. This is more than a traditional sales role. You will often be one of the first people a prospective resident or family meets as they begin exploring senior living options. From the first phone call to the first tour—and ultimately the move-in—you will help create an experience that feels welcoming, personal, and easy to navigate.   • At least three years of senior living sales or admissions experience required.
  • At least two years of experience leading sales or a sales team required.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
  • Must be able to independently lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform repetitive sitting, standing, bending, walking, and movement as required.
  • Must be able to remain calm and professional when working with individuals and families during emotional or stressful situations.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to utilize technology and available resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Must follow established infection-control standards, policies, and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related administrative field preferred.
  • Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective residents and referral relationships.
  • Respond to inquiries quickly, professionally, and with a personal touch.
  • Create an exceptional experience for phone inquiries, walk-ins, tours, and prospective families.
  • Conduct engaging and personalized community tours.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and families throughout the decision-making process.
  • Guide prospective residents and families from initial inquiry through deposit, admission, and move-in.
  • Develop relationships that help drive occupancy and census goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely prospect and sales activity within the CRM.
  • Track leads, follow-up activity, tours, deposits, and other key sales activity.
  • Lead and coach other sales team members as applicable.
  • Ensure inquiries and follow-up activities are handled consistently and professionally.
  • Help manage the admission and move-in process while creating a strong first impression for new residents and families.
  • Participate in the development and execution of sales and marketing action plans.
  • Partner with Marketing to support outreach, events, campaigns, and community awareness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional referral sources.
  • Represent Hillcrest at community events, networking opportunities, and local organizations.
  • Help host events designed to educate prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
  • Stay focused on results while never losing sight of the people behind the numbers.
