Director of Global Operations
About The Position
The Director Global Operations will report into the President of AIS and manage seven direct reports and a total team of 80 global operations professionals. This role has direct responsibility for all of AIS' operational functions which include the following key areas: Supply chain management, Sales and operations planning (S&OP), Customer on-boarding, Program management, Customer experience, Integration and manufacturing strategy and footprint, Post-sale service, support, and logistics, and Business processes and transformation. This is an executive level position and will be a key member of the AIS executive leadership team, reporting directly to the business unit president.
Requirements
- 15 to 20 years of relevant operational experience at senior levels
- Transformational experience with large multinational corporations
- Deep understanding of the entire supply chain including the sales process
