About The Position

The Valorian Los Angeles is an iconic lifestyle hotel above the Sunset Strip, with bold design, panoramic city views, a vibrant social scene, and a diverse clientele. The hotel is seeking an experienced, innovative Director of Food and Beverage to lead the team and oversee culinary operations at The White Rabbit. The role manages the property’s food and beverage outlets, develops menus and distinctive guest experiences, and ensures exceptional service standards. The successful candidate will bring a passion for food and hospitality, attention to detail, success managing multiple outlets, and the ability to lead creatively in a fast-paced environment while pursuing culinary excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
At least 4 years of experience in food and beverage management; hotel experience preferred.
Ability to interpret financial and operational data into an operational plan.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
Ability to create and execute unique food and beverage concepts.
Knowledge of industry trends and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
