About The Position
The Director of Fiscal Services leads financial operations for the Springs Charter Schools network, ensuring fiscal integrity and long-term sustainability. The role oversees budgeting, audits, and compliance with state and federal funding requirements, and advises senior leadership on financial strategy and planning. The position supports the organization’s educational mission by providing a sound fiscal foundation. The role is based at the Temecula Administrative Offices. A competency test may be administered to qualified applicants. Applicants must complete an EDJOIN application and upload all required documents; resumes do not substitute for the application. Requirements
- A degree in Accounting is preferred, or a combination of accounting experience and degree equivalent to seven to nine years.
- Experience preferably in the charter school and/or education industry.
