About The Position

The Director, Fiscal Services role requires a four-year college degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a closely related field, along with at least five years of increasingly responsible financial and accounting experience, including at least three years in a supervisory or management capacity. Public agency experience is preferred. A CPA and/or MBA is preferred but not required. Applicants must provide the requested application attachments, including a letter of introduction, transcript, and three signed recommendation letters dated within the last year. Applicants may be required to pass testing and, after accepting an employment offer, complete a baseline physical examination before their first day.

Requirements

• Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major in accounting, finance, business administration, or a closely related field.
• At least five years of increasingly responsible financial and accounting experience.
• At least three years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Submit a letter of introduction.
• Submit a transcript documenting the conferred degree and graduation from a four-year college or university.
• Submit three signed letters of recommendation from administrators or supervisors, dated within the last year.
• Pass all required tests to be considered further.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a public agency.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and/or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
