About The Position

The Director of First Impressions is the primary face and voice of the Design Center. Candidate is directly responsible for shaping client, customer, and visitor perceptions from the moment of initial contact. The Director of First Impressions creates a positive, welcoming, and professional environment for clients, visitors, and employees. Operating at the front line of public relations and office administration, this role blends traditional clerical duties with high-level customer service to reflect the company’s core values.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a heavy emphasis on active listening, empathy, and a professional tone.
• Solid familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and digital multi-line phone or CRM systems.
• Extreme attention to detail, strong time-management capabilities, and a naturally positive, helpful attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or an administrative office environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, vendors, and guests warmly; provide beverages, offer directions, and maintain a polished lobby area.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while managing the general department calendar.
