About The Position

We are now hiring for the role of Director of Finance. You’ll guide everything from budgeting, forecasting, and profit reporting to audits, tax compliance, and payroll at Hotel Cleveland. As a key Executive Committee member, your energy and results-driven focus will help shape our future. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
At least 5 years in financial leadership, or comparable progressive hotel finance experience
Extensive background in budgeting, forecasting, P&L reporting, account reconciliation
Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, POS/PMS systems
Proven leadership and communication abilities for team development and presentations
FSPMS Experience Required
