Supervise and direct the financial activities of the hotel, safeguard the assets, and prepare financial reports in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. This role involves analyzing financial data, monitoring and approving sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses, and preparing forecasts and budgets. The Director of Finance will also ensure payroll practices meet Fair Labor Standards Act, oversee contracts and legal agreements, and establish and audit internal financial controls. Additionally, the role requires practicing safe work habits and performing other duties as requested by management.
