About The Position

As a Director of Finance Transformation at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will lead the development and execution of a transformation roadmap for the Finance function which aligns with the Company’s broader transformation agenda. You will work cross-functionally to identify, prioritize and lead execution against transformation initiatives, with the objective of driving operational effectiveness and efficiency, including through process standardization developing scalable global capabilities. You will develop and oversee governance processes, ensure disciplined execution, and provide visibility to executive leadership on progress, risks, and financial performance. You will work closely with senior leaders across enterprises, including Finance, and its key partners and stakeholders (such as HR, IT, and Strategy) to ensure that transformation initiatives align with the Company’s strategic objectives and systems and Information technology initiatives, and to drive execution and delivery against objectives. Your leadership will be critical in aligning teams, resolving issues, and enabling sustainable adoption of new ways of working at scale.
