About The Position

Masonicare - The Long Hill Company is seeking an experienced operational utility team member to support field leadership. The Director of Field Operations reports to Executive Project Managers and the President, reviews off-trend KPIs with field leadership, and coaches field teams on CRM usage. The role includes researching KPI trends, developing operational solutions, reviewing budget variances, and supporting a prospect-centered sales culture. It also involves coordinating mystery shops, conducting in-person site visits throughout the country, and working across CRM, billing, and general ledger systems. National travel is required for a minimum of one week per quarter, with the possibility of longer assignments. The position is based in Wallingford, Connecticut, and is a day-shift role at 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field, or equivalent work experience managing multiple disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Director of senior living community operations.
• Leadership experience interfacing with residents, families, and staff across all disciplines.
• Self-starting problem solver.
• Available for national travel for a minimum of one week per quarter, with potential for longer assignments.
