About The Position

This is a highly visible, prestigious leadership role within a rapidly scaling organization, recognized as one of the top-performing marketing teams in the technology and cybersecurity space. The Director of Field Marketing, NA will hold strategic ownership of the North American Go-To-Market efforts across Enterprise and Commercial segments. This is a high-octane role for a leader who wants to build a legacy and push the boundaries of modern B2B marketing. The ideal candidate is a "needle in a haystack" individual, possessing an elite combination of strategic vision and practical execution, unshakeable optimism, and the ability to clearly articulate the 'why' behind every priority.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of proven career acceleration and growth in relevant Field and Channel Marketing leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Demonstrated mastery in leading, managing, and inspiring remote, geographically dispersed teams with multi-layered management structures.
  • Deep familiarity with modern customer acquisition, expansion, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies spanning Fortune 500, Enterprise, and Commercial segments.
  • Strong analytical and data-interpretation skills with a profound understanding of key metrics (funnel conversion rates, MQL-to-Opportunity ratios, lead follow-up SLA compliance).
  • Sophisticated understanding of the modern IT and security buyer, with a proven track record of creating compelling events, content, and experiences.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, negotiation, and public speaking skills, with a native ability to build high-trust relationships with executive peers, partners, and customers.
  • Inherently optimistic, approachable, self-starting attitude with a healthy sense of humor and a love for fast-paced team environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical proficiency and familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Marketing Automation Systems (MAS), and Coupa.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel across the theater to support the team and connect with the business.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage, coach, and inspire a geographically dispersed, multi-layered team of Field Marketing Managers, focusing on career growth and development.
  • Cultivate a fun, collaborative, and smart team environment that celebrates wins and learns from data.
  • Spearhead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of top-tier marketing talent.
  • Lead the development and optimization of strategic North American marketing plans to build pipeline and drive revenue velocity.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Partnership Team leaders, participating in leadership meetings and presenting at QBRs.
  • Set and communicate clear, measurable performance goals, tracking lead flow and optimizing conversion metrics with Inside Sales.
  • Drive partner adoption and alignment with corporate campaigns, developing joint co-marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional corporate teams (Digital, Events, Campaigns) to amplify marketing activities and serve as the strategic marketing information source for the NA theater.
  • Manage a comprehensive theater budget, analyzing ROI and effectiveness using Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Ensure all corporate compliance, policies, and mandatory training are executed flawlessly.
