The Director of Field Development is a senior field practitioner responsible for delivering Mercer Advisors' Client Relationship Expansion programs directly to advisors and Managing Partners across assigned markets. This role takes primary ownership of advisor coaching, market activation, and Managing Partner engagement — allowing the Senior Director of Client Relationship Expansion to operate at the strategic level while the programs scale across all three divisions. The Director leads full activation cycles independently, embeds in market leadership cadences, and carries the firm's Behavioral Architecture Framework into every advisor engagement. Approximately 75% of this role is advisor-facing field delivery; 25% contributes to program design, messaging, and strategic initiative support.
