Knightscope is seeking a results-driven Director of Client Development to lead revenue growth across the East Coast territory. This role is responsible for owning and delivering against a regional quota through a combination of new customer acquisition, account expansion, and renewals. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in enterprise sales and account management with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. As Director of Client Development, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end sales execution within your territory. You will develop and execute strategic territory plans, build and manage a robust pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting. This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders across production, manufacturing, service, engineering, marketing, finance and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. You will also play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing customers and identifying new market opportunities. Experience selling Emergency Communication Devices (ECD) is highly valued.
