Requirements

• Managing all administrative and programmatic functions related to Children’s Mental Health Services.
• Enforcing agency policies and procedures.
• Developing new policies and procedures to support programming for children and families, including the EIMH and other applicable grants.
• Overseeing and managing the budget for Children’s Mental Health Services, including any/all grants assigned.
• Authorizing expenditures and securing additional funding sources to support the program.
• Instructing, assigning, scheduling, checking and appraising performance.
• Hiring, approving disciplinary action and discharge, and approving pay increases and/or promotions.
• Reviewing case records with subordinate supervisors to ensure quality.
