About The Position

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all administrative and programmatic functions related to Children’s Mental Health Services.
• Enforces agency policies and procedures.
• May develop new policies and procedures to support programming for children and families, including the EIMH and other applicable grants.
• Oversees and manages the budget for Children’s Mental Health Services, including any/all grants assigned.
• Authorizes expenditures and secures additional funding sources to support the program.
• Instructs, assigns, schedules, checks and appraises performance.
• Hires, approves disciplinary action and discharge, and approves pay increases and/or promotions.
• Reviews case records with subordinate supervisors to ensure quality.
