About The Position
The Director of Facilities administers all engineering and facility functions for corporate and sub-corporation entities. Directs the activities of necessary resources to ensure that all corporate and sub-corporation facilities function and operate in a safe, reliable and efficient manner while satisfying all applicable regulatory requirements. He/she will provide leadership in establishing high-quality standards for the facility operations and ensures facilities are a safe environment for patient and family centered care in accordance with the mission, vision and values of the hospital and sub corporations. Serves as the Facility Safety Officer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in applicable field to include Business, Hospital Administration, or Engineering.
- Five years experience in leadership and management role facilities.
Nice To Haves
- ASHE certification of Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM).
