The Eisner Health Director of Facilities is a hands-on, service-oriented leader responsible for ensuring Eisner Health’s clinical and administrative facilities are safe, clean, functional, and well maintained. This role is highly visible across Eisner’s sites and requires a leader who is comfortable being in the field, assessing facility conditions firsthand, troubleshooting issues, directing staff and vendors, and ensuring problems are resolved quickly and effectively. Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Facilities leads environmental services, security, emergency operations, and facilities management. The ideal candidate brings strong practical knowledge of building operations and maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire/life safety, preventative maintenance, repairs, and general facility upkeep. This individual will build strong relationships with frontline staff and site leaders and create a responsive, service-oriented facilities function. This leader will bring a high level of professionalism, service orientation, and operational excellence to Eisner’s facilities, ensuring that every space reflects the dignity of those we serve. This is an in-person, field-based position requiring regular travel between Eisner Health locations throughout the Los Angeles area. Spanish fluency is strongly preferred.
