  • Knowledge of event-driven architectures and ability to design scalable data models for AI and enterprise workloads.
  • Ability to apply AI across the engineering lifecycle to improve productivity, software quality, reliability, customer experience, and delivery velocity.
  • Ability to work at both the architectural level and the pull-request level when needed.

  • Familiarity with MCP, OpenAPI, or other AI interoperability standards.
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

  • Drive products from early release through customer adoption by iterating based on customer behavior and building effective feedback loops.
  • Set the standard for AI use across the engineering team, including AI-assisted code review and testing and platform designs that treat AI agents as first-class users.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing engineering team; provide clear feedback, create stretch opportunities, and foster a strong team culture.
  • Work with Product Management, Design, and partner engineering teams to align dependencies and deliver coherent experiences.
