Featuring complete aircraft nose-to-tail, value-added offerings, including Aircraft & Component Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Services (MRO), Aircraft & Engine Sales and Leasing, Used Serviceable Material (USM) Sales and Parts Exchange, Flight Equipment Asset Management Services, Internally developed aircraft and component modifications (engineered solutions) designed to enhance aircraft performance and operating economics (e.g. AerSale®, AerTrak® and AerAware).

Requirements

  • Four year Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in an aviation related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and generate results.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • General knowledge of industry requirements.
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Must be able to multi-task and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for management of asset performance and promoting the sale of engine material
  • Responsible for the administration of engine materials, market research, analysis, planning, processing and sales related to the engine lines managed.
  • Support bid preparation activities for engines that the Company is interested in acquiring including min-max levels and scrap rate analysis.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of product line models used for asset evaluations.
  • Must have detailed knowledge on part number alternates and factor this knowledge into decisions.
  • Support the update of product line models with scrap rate history, historic resale prices and pricing revisions.
  • Work closely with the Outside sales groups.
  • Responsible for maintaining contacts with key customers for engine material.
