About The Position

Sono Bello is a leading cosmetic surgery specialist with a strong national presence. This fully remote position, with potential to transition to hybrid, is for the Director, Body Service Line Management within the Products & Service Lines organization. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the Body Service Line, which includes liposuction and expanding skin-focused procedures. The Director will be responsible for commercial performance, P&L results, and driving growth through strategic initiatives, improved patient experience, and enhanced clinical/operational standards. This is a growth-oriented role focused on capturing untapped opportunities within an established business. Success requires a commercial, operator-oriented leader with strong financial acumen and the ability to influence in a matrixed environment. The Director will collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize the patient journey and will play a key role in recommending and building the team structure to support future growth.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in service line management, product management, brand management, or general management roles with direct P&L responsibility.
  • Proven experience operating and scaling a line of business, ideally with a focus on growth, optimization, and performance improvement within an established offering.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience designing or recommending team structures; comfort operating in an ambiguous, resource-light environment while building toward scale.
  • Track record of combining hands-on execution with strategic planning and long-term growth orientation.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the service line strategy, roadmap, and growth plan for the Body Service Line, ensuring alignment with financial targets and long-term growth objectives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and develop initiatives that drive incremental revenue growth, margin improvement, and service line scalability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and patient needs to inform service line evolution, differentiation, and positioning.
  • Define growth opportunities within the Body Service Line and develop plans to achieve them.
  • Maintain full P&L responsibility for the Body Service Line, including revenue performance, margin management, and cost discipline.
  • Partner with Finance and Field Leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and ROI-based business cases for growth initiatives.
  • Establish performance targets and manage results against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Drive execution of the service line through close cross-functional partnership with Marketing, Acquisition, Sales, Operations, Clinical leadership, Supply chain, Finance, and Analytics teams.
  • Serve as the primary business owner and integrator for the Body Service Line, ensuring alignment across functions without direct line authority.
  • Assess the current support structure, identify gaps, and develop a recommendation for the team needed to drive the service line’s next phase of growth.
  • Work with senior leadership to implement the recommended team design.
  • Build a high-performing culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and results.
  • Set clear standards and priorities to ensure a high-quality, end-to-end patient experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational performance and scalability, partnering with operations leaders to implement changes across a national footprint.
  • Define, monitor, and act on key performance indicators across clinical, operational, and commercial dimensions of the service line.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the senior leadership team, communicating progress, risks, and opportunities through clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
