About The Position
Career Land Center is hiring on behalf of a healthcare organization in Lake Havasu City, AZ for a Director of Emergency Services (RN), a mid-level leadership position overseeing the operational and clinical functions of the Emergency Department. This director leads and manages emergency department nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care. The position requires hands-on oversight of ED operations combined with strategic leadership, policy development, and ongoing quality improvement efforts. The director works on-site and serves as a key clinical and administrative leader within the emergency services division.
Requirements
- Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing school
- BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care certifications
- Emergency Department nursing experience
- Proven leadership experience in the Emergency Department

- Master's degree in nursing or a relevant field
