About The Position

The Director of Education supervises all Education staff and oversees the development of educational programming, courses, policies, and procedures for educational services. The role is responsible for oversight of general education and special education service delivery at Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center, serving clients ages 12–17. The Director also supports behavioral health operations, client safety, and campus needs. The position is full-time, on-site, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with on-call and as-needed availability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Educational Administration.
• Current Administrative Certification in the State of Arizona.
• At least 21 years old.
• Able to pass a thorough background check and obtain an IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Nice To Haves

• Special Education Certifications preferred.
• Experience with education leadership preferred.
• Experience with behavioral health demographics preferred.
