About The Position

This role is responsible for owning and growing traffic and revenue across the Chefman-owned website. The Director of Ecommerce will lead the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce strategy across Shopify and related platforms, driving customer acquisition through various channels and improving website conversion, merchandising, customer journey, and retention. The position involves partnering with Creative and Marketing teams on campaigns, analyzing performance to drive optimization, developing strategies to strengthen direct customer relationships, and leading testing and optimization across key website areas and marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of ecommerce, DTC, or digital growth experience
  • Strong Shopify and consumer brand experience
  • Proven success driving website traffic, conversion, and online revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, CRM/email marketing, and analytics
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow traffic and revenue across our Chefman-owned website
  • Lead DTC ecommerce strategy across Shopify and related platforms
  • Drive customer acquisition through paid media, SEO, affiliate, influencer, email, SMS, and social channels
  • Improve website conversion, merchandising, customer journey, and retention
  • Partner with Creative and Marketing teams on campaigns, launches, promotions, and site content
  • Analyze traffic, customer behavior, and ecommerce performance to drive optimization and growth
  • Develop strategies to strengthen direct customer relationships outside of Amazon
  • Lead testing and optimization across landing pages, PDPs, checkout flow, and lifecycle marketing
